The Best Western is located downtown in the heart of the River North neighborhood, within walking distance to the hottest restaurants, bars and nightlife that Chicago offers! I noticed right away that all of their rooms smell extremely fresh as soon as you walk in the room and all of the furniture and carpeting is modern and updated. They have a nice, clean indoor pool, a fitness center and a rooftop sundeck that is perfect for relaxing in the summer! They include complimentary wifi. They also have an Restaurant and Lounge! The sales manager Veronica Casales is very professional, friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
