"Disliked Lack of Service"

I left one day early even though I had already paid in advance for three days. There were no utensils or anything in the room. When I asked for the utensils, the front desk clerk requested that I come downstairs to pick them up and I had to return the bin that was used to carry the utensils back to the front desk. No maid service unless you are there for five days. I was only going to be there for three days. Furthermore if I needed any towels or anything, I had to go to the front desk to get it. Whatever happened to room service? I will not be going back to another Extended Stay hotel again.
