The hotel staff was so nice. The room was spacious and clean. Veronica Wright was amazing when she checked me in. It was around 8:00 p.m., we had spent all day at the ballfield. My son and I were both tired and just wanted showers. Her smile and welcoming made my exhaustion disappear and I found myself happier because of the few moments I had to interact with her.
