Our property is located adjacent to the 48 acre Harry Nottingham Park.There are lots of fun and exciting events going on in the park all summer long. They have SUP and paddle-boat rentals, fishing, ball fields, public beach area, 40, 000 sq. ft. recreation center, charcoal grill, group pavilion, free concerts, yoga, dance performances, great playgrounds and disc golf to name a few.

Property Description
Beaver Creek West is a gold rated condo property offering many amenities. This friendly, locally run property offers accommodations for up to 500 guests. Each condo at Beaver Creek West is uniquely different. We have a wide range of unit types including many deluxe and premium rated condos as well as twobedroom to four bedroom condos with varying prices and floor plans. All condos have full kitchens, a full bath for each bedroom, fireplace, washer/dryer and we also offer free WiFi to our guests. We have an outdoor year-around pool, three hot tubs, sauna and two tennis courts. During the ski season we offer all registered guest access to our free skier shuttle and free parking (one pass per bedroom). Full front desk/concierge service.
Our location is perfect for family get-togethers because we are situated along side of the 48 acre Nottingham Park. There are lots of fun and exciting events going on in the park all year long. They have SUP and paddle-boat rentals, fishing, ball fields, public beach area, 40,000 sq. ft. recreation center, charcoal grill, group pavilion, free concerts, yoga, dance performances, great playgrounds and disc golf to name a few.
Beaver Creek West is about 1.5 miles to the base of Beaver Creek Resort, without the big resort prices. Vail is an easy 10 mile drive on I-70. We are close to everything in Avon from the grocery store to many fine restaurants and bars. We are also close to white water rafting, horseback riding, fly fishing, hiking and biking and our front desk can give you assistance in book or information about some of their favorite year-around activities. Winter activities such as snowmobile tours, horseback riding, dog sledding, sleigh ride dinners, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, tubing, Charter Sports ski rentals and ski biking to name a few, are available and often the activities offer a pick-up service for guests.
There are approximately 15 restaurants within 5 blocks of BCW and the closest restaurant is about 1 ½ blocks away. We are close to everything in Avon from the grocery store to many fine restaurants and bars.
Also, for every 10 condo nights rented, we will provide the use of our meeting room for 1 day at no charge. Set up, cleaning charges and food/beverage costs may apply.
You will see that Beaver Creek West is one of the best lodging value in the Vail Valley, without the big resort prices. We are located 1.5 miles from Beaver Creek Resort and a short 10 miles to Vail. We offer our guests a mountain home away from home!
