I will admit I was Leary to stay based on the price since price can bring a less fortunate class of people. I read the reviews and I felt comfortable to make a reservation (with some reservation) and I am pleasantly surprised. I have to stay close to my job at times and use the accommodations to lay my head down for a couple of hours and go right back to work. Clean, nice and very friendly! I did not get to try the breakfast. With breakfast I am easy to please! So,I can't speak to that! I will be a returning customer for sure!

The only thing is the handicap room has only one bed. Many people need helpers who need their own bed. So we stayed in a regular room with two beds. The toilet was so low we bought a raised seat for our stay. Otherwise everything was great.

It's a nice place, well situated on the beltline (12/18) in southeast Madison, typical layout and presentation, nothing outstandingly good or bad except the wonderful staff from last year are gone. They are the reason I returned this year but to a complete change of environment. Evening clerk a flat affect no smiles, no thank you sir, no nothing except to suggest my stupidity when I did not immediately pick up on where the Internet password was. Will never go back.

Close to Ho-Chunk Gaming, Alliant Energy Convention Center, Monona Terrace, downtown and University of Wisconsin. Enjoy a free deluxe continental BREAKFAST with eggs, waffles and seasoned potatoes, WI-FI internet connection and flat screen TVs with HBO. Swim in the INDOOR POOL or soak in the HOT TUB. 24 Hours complimentary USA Today and coffee are available in the lobby. All rooms have complimentary fridge and microwave.
