Property Description
Here are the top five reasons why we hope it's worth looking at us:
1. Location: We are located in a safe walk able neighborhood in DC itself. We are not located far away in the suburbs like many of the hotels you will see on here who quote you. But this isn't just any neighborhood, rather ours is legendary for its abundance of eclectic coffee shops, family owned authentic restaurants, and access to public transit. As an example, there are 6 coffee shops alone within one block radius of us.
2. Group accommodations on the cheap: we have different sizes of rooms which can provide options to host your group as needed. Need all the boys v girls separate. No problem. Need private rooms for group leaders. No problem.
3. Breakfast. Mornings are delicious around our place. We include a free continental breakfast at no cost. Get all your group members set for the day, fed, and organized all onsite. If anyone wants gourmet options the gluten free bakery across the street (there is a crosswalk) will have freshly baked bread and muffins waiting for you or the coffee shop up the street can whip up any espresso drink you want and more.
4. Independently owned and a team of staff that cares: We are not part of a huge hotel chain that counts guests like statistics. We are a small independently-owned place and that's a good thing because it lets us create amazing stays, one guest at a time. You will have direct communication with our management team from the moment your group arrives to ensure that your needs are met in the best way possible.
5. Because quality matters. We may be independently-owned, but we are hands down professional. And we are high quality. Some guests have said we are nicer than the hotels that previously stayed in. Set in a series of Victorian rowhomes, our #1 rated, chic hostel is a well located in Washington DC, served by numerous bus lines immediately adjacent to the property, and is located in a popular walking and nightlife neighborhood in Washington DC called Adams Morgan. Six coffee shops, 40 restaurants are all in a two block radius.
Our hostel is located nearby to popular attractions such as the National Zoo and conference venues Washington Marriott Wardman Park, Omni Shoreham, and Hilton Washington.
The hostel is 2 miles to the White House (approximately 35 minutes walking, 7 minutes by car, or 20 minutes by bus).
We have streamlined, single-sex and mixed dorms sleeping 4 to 12 people which are outfitted with with bunk beds, reading lights and lockers. Private rooms are also available. Classy and clean bathrooms are provided with a layout like bathrooms you'd find in a high-end fitness facility or upscale dormitory. Bathrooms are separated by gender.
We take security seriously. All rooms and bathrooms require a secure keycard to access. The property has 24 hour a day staff onsite. The property has a closed-circuit security camera system in place in the common areas and exits. The property is fully sprinklered and has a hardwired fire alarm system.
Some other amenities include free guest computers and a sleek communal kitchen. There's a bright lounge with a fireplace and elegant, tufted seating.
Our total capacity is 124 guests.
Groups with ages 13 years old and above are welcome.

We recommend this garage as the easiest option and most convenient option if you're staying more than just one night.
