It was a horrible evening as I could not sleep it was so loud. Doors slamming, it was claustrophobic. Tried to get room service and it was either too late or too early. I stayed there one night although I paid for seven nights due to the fact that I had a contract. I'm in a different hotel now paying double and I will never use this hotel again.

Our room service is available during operating hours of the restaurant (6:30am-2pm/5pm-10pm). We apologize that our hours of operation did not work in conjunction to your needs and desires. Restaurant in walking distance are available. We are always happy to provide recommendations if there is something we are unable to take care of in-house. Again, thank you for your review. We will take your comments and points and use them to improve our accommodations for future guests.

We offer first class accommodations with an exceptional staff whose priority is to ensure your visit is an excellent one. The Hills Hotel is equipped with a newly renovated restaurant and lounge. The Hills Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Room service is available during restaurant hours. The Emerald lounge is a state of the art lounge designed for our guests to relax and unwind. Our guests can also enjoy live entertainment in the Emerald live every Friday and Saturday evening. Perfect for corporate travel or leisure guests, The Hills Hotel provides amenities suit for all our guests needs. All rooms provide complimentary Wi-Fi, brand new 32" flat screen TV's, and plush pillow top mattresses. A business center is also available for internet and printer access. Long-term guests have an easily accessable on-site laundry facility equipped with washers and dryers. Also known for their banquet and meeting space, The Hills Hotel accommodates wedding, birthdays, conventions, monthly meetings, you name it-they do it! The Hills Hotel is great for multiple day meetings as your guests can easily retreat to their rooms without a drives home after a long day of work.
