Locanda dell' Angelo stays on the border between Tuscany and Liguria, among the green field of the old Fabbricotti farmland, and surrounded by a countryside rich of the archaeological ruins of the roman town of LUNI.
Vico Magistretti, a master of Italian design of the 70 es, conceived the building as a mirror reflecting the white of the Apuan Alps and the blue of the ligurian sea .
The interiors, following the standards of sobriety and refinement, are decorated by works of contemporary artists.
The lodging offer is consisting in 30, between rooms & suites where we host our guests like in a big house, in which each room has been furbished, matching sheets, curtains tables and beds, paying the best attention.
The garden surrounding the building, houses different varieties of local plants more then 30 years old.
The outside talks with the inside bringing smells and flavours and offering to the taste always new solicitations and sensations.
The cook's unique contribution can be seen in the choice of the prime materials all from the most refined gourmet's Italian tradition to prepare tasty and original dishes where the sour, the bitter the sweet and the salty tastes are among them in a perfect balance.
