I was told that this room was newly renovated! From the inside with the door close, there was evidence of something making its way through the bottom of the door! You could see the outside from the inside! Desk clerk and management refuse to do anything so I'm disputing the charge!

Sorry to say but I was not pleased at all with the room. It was dirty, No bed spread on bed. Toilet leaked every time you flushed it. Walls were nasty dirty. No phone book, no alarm clock, no TV guide. To be honest the only thing that was good, was the breakfast bar. The food was great, every thing was clean and neat. No I will never stay at this location ever again. Definitely needs a lot of improvements!! Not good for business.

Room should been offered to anyone until renovated. Walls need paint. Clothes rack down. Toilet above me dripping down to my toilet. Sink stopped up called no one came. Room was filthy. Microwave and refrigerator dirty. Ice bucket dirty. Rooms smell like smoke.

Pros: front desk staff and housekeepers are very nice. Location convenient to what I needed. Dog friendly Cons: tried three different nonsmoking rooms amd all reek of smoke. No breakfast available on last day as "truck didn't come.".

As a frequent traveler, I have come to expect first rate treatment in Days Inns. The experience began on a bad note; the clerk had an attitude that serving the customer was an inconvenience. When finally finding the room, (very poor directions given) I encountered a heavy aroma of smoke. I had requested non-smoking accommodations. When endeavoring to turn on one of the lamps, it was non-functional. I did get another in a reasonable period of time, but why hadn't the situation been discovered when the room was readied for occupancy? Overall, the room was rather "shop-worn." Breakfast in the am was, at best, average. Several items found frequently at Day Inns were absent. It is unlikely that I will stay at this Inn again. Also, I will question Days Inn as a place to stay while on future trips.
