Property Description

Newly renovated in 2015,the Minot Comfort Inn is located at 1515 22nd Ave SW, right off 2 & 52 West, adjacent to Dakota Square Mall. Our excellent location with immediate access to all local, state and federal roads makes the Comfort Inn Minot the perfect place to headquarter. Whether you are in Minot on business or pleasure, you will find our beautiful accomodations will more than serve your needs. This 100% non smoking facility features queen size beds, coffee pot, hairdryer, high speed internet and HBO. For your enjoyment and relaxation, we have an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center. A coin operated laundry facility is also on the premises. Our continental breakfast is served daily from 6:00-9:30 am. Meeting room facilities also available to accommodate 2-110 people.
