We can rent anything you need. This is a renovated ccabin that has 3 separate rooms - Bedroom - 250 sq ft (bed can be removed), bathroom and living room/dining room/kitchen in the main area. There is a wrap around covered porch that expands the reception area comfortable up to 40. We also have 2 10' x 20' white party tents for the lawn so that you can spread out. For actual meeting space in a fluid space, only 20 will fit comforably inside. If you need a simultaneous break-out room, that room will fit 10 comfortably. This is a charming
