Quaint Retro Motel within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, and galleries. Blue Ridge Bakery & The Fitness Factory are less than a block away. Blue Ridge Bakery serves breakfast and lunch.The Sunset Motel is tucked into a quiet neighborhood on Hwy 64/S Broad St and has been renovated by the new owner, Lori Roberts. We renovated all bathrooms, added all new linen, decor, flat-screen TV's, free Wifi, new mattresses, headboards and carpet in some rooms with more to come. We offer room-front parking with 1 vending area. The motel is centrally located to Dupont and Pisgah Forests and all of the natural wonders. Transylvania County is home to over 100 waterfalls, world-class fly fishing, hiking and mountain bike trails. Brevard offers rock climbing, canyoneering, rafting, tubing, kayak/canoeing,We have a 900 sq. ft cabin on a private wooded acre in the back of the motel that we use for small meetings & workshops. This space is comfortable for up to 20 people and we have tents to expand the covered space for up to 40. Full kitchen, 300-400 sq feet of meeting/dining space. 1 bathroom but portables can be brought in if absolutely necessary for casual events. We work with 4 local caterers for all food and alcohol and allow outdoor barbecuing as well.The motel itself offers ice (no charge), soft drinks and coffee/tea for purchase.

For actual meeting space in a fluid space, only 20 will fit comforably inside. If you need a simultaneous break-out room, that room will fit 10 comfortably.
