For a 65 day stay, I would have to say all went well. There were issues that I have addressed with Elias and Sonia, let's see if they take care of them. Three people stick out as performing above and beyond duty. Danny Stanic needs a plaque on the wall. I have never seen anyone work so hard to make sure the customer is happy. I joke to my wife that he must be a robot because he never flinches, no matter how difficult I can be. Why is he not in upper management because I found Elias and Sonia standoffish at best and not interested in customer service. As a matter of fact, Sonia pretended not to know us and cancelled our reservation. All nice people and interesting to watch and be a part of. Food was great from Moxies. Housekeeping was excellent. The negative issues have been documented and sent to Elias who still will not give me a business card. I finish with another bag full of compliments for Danny Stanic. I have traveled the world and have stayed in hotels from here to Japan to New York to Greece to Italy, etc. and I do not remember anyone. I will not forget Danny and will stay here again because of him. Please take care of his career. I know of two positions at the hotel he should be in. Other notable people are Leo and Eddie, always smiling and willing to help. Steve got us into the hotel after Sonia bumped us, so he needs a pat on the back. I will be writing a letter to Taj so he also knows what staying at the hotel for 65 days feels like. I thank you for all your help.

Our group of 35 business folks had a great weekend at the Signature Sandman. The hotel was very classy, the staff very professional and friendly and the food/beverage was great. The meeting room and hotel guest room were amazing. The group appreciated the microwaves and mini fridges. We would love to come back.

"Remodeled Older Hotel, but Clean."

I was excited to try this new chain and realized it was an updated older hotel. A few of the details were missed in updating like they did it too fast. Mouldings not painted, patio door in rough shape falling out of frame almost. Very displeased on how hotel staff handled a party situation in the room next to us on one of the nights took over 45 minutes for hotel staff to come up and talk to room occupants directly. We almost called the police and they were banging on our door, very loudly, and swearing. I was not impressed. Demanded our room be complimentary due to the disturbance and they obliged thankfully. Would consider staying there again.

The rooms are "suite style" with a separate bedroom. Upgrades were happening on the floor I was on but in general, the property is in good condition. Staff is excellent. Meeting room was better than typical due to high ceilings and good windows. The only significant drawback to the property is very intermittent Wi-Fi (experienced by all of our group and we were on various floors).

The Sandman Signature Hotel Toronto Airport not only offers excellent hotel rooms and caters with the in house MOXI grill and bar on a very high level, but also hosted our Dreamcatchers Dreamdoers GALA Event nearly perfectly. We are delighted to have found this wonderful place to stage our Gala next year to come.

We booked two nights at the Sandman for our High School sports team. When we arrived the hotel staff was pleasant and efficient at checking us in. Once everyone was checked in to the hotel we had a mix up with the rooms we were supposed to get and the hotel staff corrected this immediately. The rooms were spacious and clean. In the evening there was a security issue with some other guests and the hotel staff were quick to respond and dealt with the issue appropriately. I would recommend this hotel for sports teams and plan to book here again for future events.

"After We Moved Two Times, Got No Wake-up Call."

The first room we got was for a family with a pull out bed, not suitable for four middle age women. Second room, different floor, had no fridge for our wine. Third room we got was not set up for four people, had to go to desk to get extra glasses and mugs. Because we moved so many times we did not get the wake-up call we had wanted and almost missed the bus.

I had a very good stay at the Sandman signature hotel, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, ample free parking and close to Humber College. The only bad thing was that the rug had numerous stains on it and the kitchenette did not have any pans to cook my fish in the oven. I was also told the long distance charges would be cheaper than they actually were. I am going back to Toronto this month and next and hopefully will get the same rate of $79/night for a Friday and Saturday.

The Sandman Signature Hotel Toronto Airport is located 5 minutes from the Toronto (Lester B. Pearson) International Airport. Our Hotel amenities include: complimentary airport shuttle service, complimentary high speed internet access, and complimentary coffee and tea in the guest rooms. Moxie's Classic Grill and Cocktail Lounge is open daily from 6 am. Java Fresh Lobby Coffee bar is also open daily from 6am. Indoor pool & whirlpool are now open We offer a variety of different suite layouts, and are the only hotel in the area offering in-suite laundry facilities (in one bedroom executive suites). The majority of guest rooms offer a beautiful view of the Royal Woodbine Golf Club, a challenging 18-hole championship course adjacent to the hotel
