The rooms were great, no complaints. The breakfast was not very good, could have been more hot items. The biscuits and gravy didn't have much taste. The elevator was really slow but don't know how you'd improve that.

This hotel is best by far. Nice rooms, amazing shower, great breakfast and the view from my room was breathtaking. Not to forget the fabulous staff they have. There was only two things that could be improved, the slow elevators and the Internet. Overall, a great stay.

The Edgewater Hotel and Conference Center located creekside "Right Smack in the center of Gatlinburg" and features an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. High-speed wireless Internet access is complimentary. Business-related amenities consist of a business center and audio-visual equipment. A complimentary breakfast is served each morning. Event facilities include conference rooms, a ballroom, exhibit space, break-out rooms and banquet facilities. The Edgewater Hotel and Conference Center also offers an arcade/game room, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a fireplace in the lobby. Onsite parking is complimentary. The Edgewater Hotel and Conference Center offers 205 guestrooms. Rooms feature balconies overlooking the creek or mountainside. Televisions come with cable channels. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided along with direct-dial phones with voice mail and free local calls. Refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Air conditioning and clock radios are also included.
