We experienced a few issues all of the front desk were not very helpful. There was one that was rude to our first lady who wanted to check in. The communication between the staff and sales department was very much lacking communication. The rooms were not as well presented as some of the other holiday Inn hotels.

The rooms, Food and staff were excellent. We had two dinner dances, Full Blown Buffet in the restaurant both days and food that was excellent. We also had an excellent DJ both night's who allowed us to talk and dance as we wished. We obtained the services of the DJ from a separate web site. We will gladly go back for any other class activity.

They are very experienced for big group for sure, If they arrange their breakfast schedule with their guest that would be perfect. Business room printer is not connected to computer. Rooms are clean, in good shape.. Staff very friendly.. price is ok.

Our stay was excellent! The hotel staff was very accommodating. When we arrived they had our group organized, keys and paperwork were ready, and the check-in process was seamless. They were very attentive to our needs from the time we were researching properties all the way through check-out. The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel offers great amenities. We will be back with our group when our travel plans call for another visit to the Orlando area.

Traveling to many soccer tournaments is the norm for us. This hotel had a great price for our team. The rooms were okay at best. Our room had stains in the bathroom behind the door, the TV did not work (but was fixed in a timely manner) and the mattress was old and worn out. If you stay ask for the back tower or back side of the front building. We heard cars and motorcycles all night. All in all it was an average stay.

We had 15 rooms in a block for a softball team that was playing at Wide World of Sports. The location of this property was ideal as it only took us 8 - 10 minutes to get to the parking lot of WWS. The hotel was spacious and having the food options in a mini-food court was great. The family rooms with two bunks and a queen was a great option for many of the families. The hotel staff was awesome to deal with. We heard no complaints from anyone in our group.

Amenities include Wi-Fi Internet access, in room coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clock radio, massaging shower head, 32" color TV, oversized heated swimming pool, kids pool, whirlpool, game room, kids theater, gift shop/convenience store, guest services desk, buisness centerLocation:The Holiday Inn Orlando SW Celebration is located only 3 miles from the entrance of Walt Disney's four major theme parks, and just minutes away from Sea World and Universal Studios. Disney's Wide World of Sports is 3 miles away and driving time is approx. 3 minutes. We are within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops and just across the street from Old Town shopping/amusement and entertainment complex. Dining:Chianti Lounge/Pool Bar, and Tratorria Food Court featuring Pizza Hut Express.Guest Services:The Guest Services staff help with attraction tickets, reservations, airport and area attraction transportation, directions and any other special needs. Transportation:Complimentary scheduled shuttle to Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom,and the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores.
