"Decent property, Average food, Bad customer service"

The property was decent and the rooms were nice and clean. The food quality has to improve a lot. For a 5 star tag, we felt the spread and the quality was way below standards. Also the service quality and response always left you with the impression that they do not have enough people on board to cater to customers. While checking out, we were forced to checkout by 8:30 am while our checkout time was 11:00 am as they had another group coming in! Even after instructing them not to create panic among the group by calling all the rooms at 7:00 am and asking them to vacate, they did not stop. I am sorry, but the 5 star tag is just a mockery for the kind of service that they provide.
