Our power was out and we stayed for two days at this hotel. Its very old and outdated. We stayed in two different suites and the carpet is horrible. It definitely needs a remodel. They charged way to much a night.also the first night was booked through their reservation line stated that we can get a roll away bed. Get to the hotel they don't have roll away beds. No pillows for the let out sofas and I feel like theyvoverxharged people because we were all in a bind because of the massive power outage. I wouldn't go back and I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Also for the amount of money they charged they didn't even have grab and go breakfast. Don't waste your money guys.

Marriott really needs to update it booking system. It is a shame that a DOS program is still being use to make reservations and to hold guest data. Also this particular reservation I didn't get to stay at the residence inn because they oversold. Sent me to a sister location who was also over sold but was able to let me stay one of 6 night that I reserve. I was able to book at the Homewood suites down the road with no issues.

The beginning of my experience was exceptional. Staff was polite and accommodating. The stay was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. I did not hear banging doors or loud TV's The roof was being replaced, but did not interfere with my stay. The only negative was parking due to the roof repairs. I understand that things have to be done sometime and anytime is not always convenient. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.
