"Dirty smelly"

First of all, I booked a king size room and when I got there I didn't have a king. The hotel clerk gave me a so said corporate room with double beds, well that didn't happen. We ended up in a smelly dirty filthy carpet room with two beds the size of twins. Our hairdryer was broken and our AC blowed warm air. I did not appreciate me and my husband having to sleep in separate beds all weekend because the beds were too small. In the other room we booked the tv was broken. I will never stay at this hotel again. It is a dive.

"Old but clean"

You get what you pay for, as the saying goes. The hotel is old and run down but our room and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was not good and the carpet was dirty. For a $55 hotel it could have been worse. The desk staff was a little slow but friendly. The pool was clean and a decent size.

"Decent rooms/poor organization"

Check in was painfully slow, computers malfunctioning, while the two young ladies working the desk were polite and trying to accomodate, their supervisor was rude and spoke condescendingly to them as they requested assistance. All this with a busload of tired Jr High wrestlers and coaches waiting. Check out also brought problems as the clerk told us we were undercharged and owed more than the agreed upon bid. After another lengthy explanation, the problem was resolved. The rooms were acceptable and with the exception of the one gentleman, all other staff were genuinely polite including the security guard that assisted in keeping an eye on our kids.

Full service hotel offering 506 spacious guest rooms, which include seven Townhouse Suites overlooking our beautiful courtyards & pools, 3 parlor suites and 8 deluxe king suites. We have three clubs, Brandywine Restaurant open daily 6am - 10:30pm, 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, whirlpool room, laundry facilities and a fitness center. We offer a complimentary continental breakfast daily 6am - 10am, and complimentary high speed internet access in every guest room and our business center plus 24 hour compimentary airport shuttle. We have meeting rooms facilities that can accomodate groups of 20 or more and banquet facilities that can hold up to 750 people.
