Had a very good experience and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Only negative experience was with the hotel security who were very ignorant and their people skills were very undesirable. Attempts were made to keep out of the hallway with the hospitality room being located quite a distance from our rooms however rather than being polite and understanding, they acted and spoke in a very negative way, especially since we were not in the hallways after hours. Otherwise we would stay at this location again if in the area.

The 127-room 3 diamond awarded Best Western Parkway Hotel is conveniently located North of Toronto in Richmond Hill. Offering 127 newly-renovated rooms, our hotel is the premiere destination North of Toronto. All guests have FREE access to the 25,000 sq. ft. Athletic Club with 3 pools, workout area, steam rooms, saunas, raquet courts and a full-size gymnasium. Our guests also have access to the 30,000 sq. ft. conference facilities in the adjoining Sheraton Parkway Hotel. Our hotel is conveniently located near 2 major highways and is 20 minutes from Downtown Toronto and only 10 minutes from Paramount Canada's Wonderland.
