I took a group of 49 students and chaperones to this location for one night. We chose it because the price was great and the location fit well for our itinerary for the day. They offered bus parking for an addition $100. In the past, hotels have provided us bus parking for free, but this location is more urban and parking comes at a higher premium. The hotel was nicer than I expected. The rooms were clean and the lobby was welcoming. There was even a piano that some of my students got to play! Plus, the hotel was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet. The location was great for walking, but the neighborhood was a bit dicey at night. We expected that, though and it did not bother most of our group.

For what we needed I'd give it a 4. Service was really excellent. Location was ideal with easy access to two lines to convention center and university and attractions one stopped directly in front of the hotel. It's an older facility but clean and mostly quiet. The breakfast was fine hot, fresh, healthy options, tasty but nothing fancy. Overall we were very satisfied with the accommodations for the price. SHENANDOAH UNIVERSITY.
