We were visiting for a wedding. Since our first booking the customer service team was the absolute worst. They were rude and uninformed on hotel policies. When paying the steep price for a subpar hotel room that, I would have expected the great wolf lodge in staff to be exceptional and an addition to the experience. Unfortunately they negatively impacted our experience from the get go. Due to this reason,We will not be returning or recommending this get away to other families.
