I will tell everone I know about this experience and I will never stay at a Clarion again. I made a reservation for my grandson, Austion Henry so that he could attend traing in VA Bch, due to car problems he was unable to attend. I called and got a cancellation and was still charged $399.51 on my credit card. I asked the young man who gave me the cancellation number to send me an e mail canfirmation and he said the he had already gotten out of my e mail account and just verbally gave me the cancellation number.

This hotel had a nasty empty pool and I paid $315 per night for an old room that smelled like mold. Absolutely disgraceful!
