We love to stay here when we see shows at the Orpheum. We love the decor, especially how it's old but not run down. Service in the bar and restaurant are spectacular.

The Hotel Deco is Omaha's newest hotel and the only luxury boutique Hotel in the greater metropolitan area. Opening on May 13 2011, the hotel has been designed to serve the most discriminating guests – providing elegant and exquisite accommodations and exceptional and personalized service. The Hotel, which was constructed in 1930 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is an exceptional example of the art deco architecture of the period; a design movement originated at the 1925 Paris Exposition International and reflected in a number of Omaha's most prominent buildings. This ever modern style instills the guestrooms, Lobby and public areas, and restaurant with vibrancy and drama. The Hotel Deco is located in the heart of Downtown across the street from the Orpheum Theatre and within steps of the Old Market retail, dining, and entertainment district.
