Since this codvi19 outbreak I've called more than I would have liked to call about my confirmation email for a refund from this place and I have yet to receive one I just would like to make sure that I get my refund and all goes well since this all was out of my hands in the first place the staff seems nice, however I don't think that it was wrong for me to ask for a confirmation email so that I can make sure what we spoke over the phone goes thru at least a Vast majority of companies that I've dealt with in the past and even currently speaking has done such a thing for me. I don't believe that's asking for much. In fact it seems to be pretty standard to do such things. Anywho I hope that they do right and refund me my money since I had to cancel for something that is out of my hands to begin with. You know it's bad when you have called a few times and they know who you are smh. To make it so bad I honestly don't want to call that often I just want my confirmation email that's it!
