I booked a trip for myself and soldiers in my unit. Alex Lee handled all of my booking needs and questions. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and will be a part of my memories for a lifetime. The staff was very attentive and we never went without anything we needed. Almost all the staff spoke English and we never had a language difference issue. Overall, I am very pleased and everyone else in my group feels the same.
