Rip off arcade for the young ones and the restaurant was not prepared for all of the weekend events. Worst service ever, but a very nice manager who tried to make things better. The room was mediocre at best. The coffee pot was broken, the alarm clock was broken, and the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. If we had not been so busy with the Volleyball Tournament, we would have complained, but really didn't have time. The lobby staff were nice, the bar accommodating, but indoor pool area and staff, again, less than mediocre. I am sorry to give this hotel such a poor review, but I would never stay there again. Holiday Inn standards have really slipped.

The Adam's Mark Hotel & Conference Center is a fresh and new option for your next visit in Kansas City, Missouri. After a multi-million dollar renovation, you’ll find nothing but comfort and convenience during your stay.We’re located across the street from the Truman Sports Complex, home to Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums. A complimentary shuttle is provided to and from Kauffman stadium during home games and is available on a first come first served basis. The shuttle runs 1 hour prior to game time until 1 hour after end time.Plus, we have Missouri’s largest family-friendly indoor water park destination, CoCo Key Water Resort. The Key West themed CoCo Key Water Resort is a 55,000-square foot indoor water oasis, where it is always a perfect 84°. CoCo Key features body slides, raft slides, an adventure river, and the Palm Grotto indoor/outdoor spa. CoCo Key also offers Parrot's Perch interactive play island with a 300-gallon tipping bucket. Younger children love the shallow pool.After a busy day of work or play, settle into your spacious guest room for a great night's sleep.
