We utilized 13 rooms for a one night stay and also booked shuttle transportation back to the airport through the resort. They ensured us we would have a larger motor coach at 9:45 am for our 24 people. The motor coach was not on time and by 9:55 am we decided we had to start calling taxi's and ubers. The front desk seemed to be unable to provide any answers or any help. It was a little frustrating to say the least. the rooms are a little tired too.

Dear Karl,Thank you for your feedback in regards to the shuttle bus and condition of the room. Your feedback is important to us. I am sorry your group had trouble with the shuttle bus that pre-arranged for your departure. We did book the shuttle bus for your group pick up and also confirmed the time prior to pick up. Regretfully on the day there was an accident (vehicle crash) at the airport that resulted on road closure hence the delay on your pick up. Our staff was on the phone with the shuttle bus provider which was placed on hold for a long time while the shuttle bus provider find more information on the situation. This is an unfortunate situation that unfortunately we couldn't predict. I can assure you, our team followed up and communicated the issue to our shuttle bus provider to improve the communication. Once again we sincerely apologize on the delay & cause stress on group departure. Please feel free to contact us should you have any further enquiry.
