We were greeted with a very pleasant receptionist. We had requested a handicap room but the one we were given, you had to climb into the tub. My husband who is in a wheelchair could not get into the tub. We were given a handicap room on the 2nd floor. The shower was a dangerous encounter. You have a drain in the shower but half the water runs out onto the bathroom floor. We were told by a manager to wait until all the water went into the outside drain. We did not have hours to wait so we asked for more bath rugs to soak up the water on the floor in order to chance walking on a wet floor. Other than that problem (which was a big one) I would recommend your hotel to my friends.

Front desk staff was nice and did what was needed. 1st hotel I have been too that charged for parking. I was never made aware of this additional charge until I checked in and find it an unnecessary up charge. In terms of your parking lot I was able to witness two kids having sex in a car, four adult males drinking beer and urinating behind your dumpster and two other kids performing a “deal” in another car. This was during the day so who knows what goes on at night. I had another night booked with your establishment for August that I will be canceling.
