Was an annual stay with three friends attending Rugby 7s. I have stayed myself many times, having been with Scotiabank for career. Location and premises and staff excellent. However this time when I called hotel number, was actually answered by 3rd party Expedia. Questioned hotel rate increase and tax at over $125! Was told that included parking. When we checked out was told no, stilled owed $45. The staff were great, handled my concern professionally, but still I had to argue I was told it was included. Staff said they don't know what I was told and they don't do bookings at hotel. Will likely go elsewhere next visit.

This luxury property features 197 rooms and suites, in addition to an indoor pool, whirlpool, squash court and fitness centre.Meeting and Conference facilities are decorated with rich mahogany paneling and silk wall coverings. For gatherings up to 250 people, our catering professionals are available to assist you with every detail.Located within a few blocks of the hotel are various shopping areas, including Pacific Centre Mall, Robson Street shopping district and the high end stores of Alberni Street. A variety of restaurants, from cafes to fine dining, are available in the neighbourhood and within a 1-5 minute walk. Local attractions such as the Vancouver Art Gallery, Bill Reid Art Gallery, Canada Place, Vancouver Convention Centre, Vancouver Lookout Tower, and Stanley Park Seawall are within a few minutes of the hotel.

Airport & Shuttle Information

Vancouver Int'l Airport- 15 KM or 7 Miles from the hotel. Cab will cost about $40 and takes about 30-40 minutes. Canada Line from the airport is a 25 minute ride, and about $8 one way- get off at City Centre Station and walk 1/2 block to the hotel.
