Renowned for having some of the best beaches in the world this small seaside resort is perfect for a cultural getaway, family holidays, walking the famous Pembrokeshire Coastal path, or a romantic weekend break that will surely inspire.Located only a short walk from the town's walled center the prestigious Heywood Spa Hotel is partly built around a Grade II-listed building that dates back to the early 19th century. Formerly a family home, the new-look hotel has retained all the character and style of that era.Following a complete refurbishment that provides added-value and increased comfort, this iconic hotel now offers a number of well-thought-out choices for visitors & guests to enjoy; including 23 comfortable and stylish bedrooms; a trendy Brasserie offering casual and fine dining experiences; a well-stocked Café Bar with a choice of stylish seating; a leisure suite that includes a heated pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and well-equipped gymnasium; a beauty / therapy treatment room; a very smart lounge; and an upmarket ladies & gents hair Salon, which is unique to Heywood Spa.Outside there is a small sun terrace conveniently tucked within the courtyard at the back of the original house, which also acts as a sun-trap during those lovely sunny days when we open up the bi-foldable doors leading directly to the heated pool. There is also ample free parking; due to our convenient location, getting to and from the hotel and the local attractions to the West is trouble-free with little traffic to worry about.
