1) Upon my check in I wanted to verify how many rooms on my block were still available to gauge how many of my people were checked in or not, I was denied that information from the manager on duty (Xavier). Please be aware that this was a block that I created and reserved for my organization. 2) A lot of my parents were being told by the manager on duty (Xavier) that they were not on my reserved block, therefore getting denied the rates we were contracted for, the rooms we were contracted for and the breakfast vouchers we were contracted for. 3) Some rooms didn't have functioning A/C and were not getting maintained by housekeeping while we were gone. 4) The electricity went out at our stay, forcing everyone to have to vacate the property for hours. 5) Received a lot of complaints from parents about the customer service and how they were getting treated by the manager on duty at the hotel. I think his name was Xavier if I'm not mistaken. He was very impolite and rude to a lot of my parents throughout the whole stay. Very unexpected from someone that's in a manager role. Everything with this hotel was very unorganized. I will never book my stay at this hotel again and will most likely reconsider another trip to Oklahoma City next year due to this experience. Very unprofessional.

We are excited to join the Wyndham Garden family in February 2015 as the Wyndham Garden Oklahoma City North. The Hotel has just completed a $10mm, extensive renovation. We are excited about its rebirth into the Wyndham family. The Wyndham Garden Oklahoma City North is a full-service hotel located less than six miles from downtown Oklahoma City, 15 miles from Will Rogers World Airport and along the I-44/I-235 Interchange. Due to our proximity to the Chesapeake Campus and the Shops on Western we look forward to being a part of the revitalization of the community.
