The people at the front desk were not friendly. They had attitudes and acted like they didn't want to be bothered. I was told by the salesperson when I first inquired about the hotel that they have shuttle service for the airport and anywhere within three miles radiator of the hotel. However, they did not tell me there is a fee if you go anywhere other than the airport. The manager was very nasty, indignant and talking down to us like we were trying to get out of paying.
