Since our rooms weren't ready, we "pre checked in" with the receptionist. She assured us that she would call when our rooms were ready. This never happened. Later, when we did check-in, there was a different receptionist at the front desk. Not only did he confuse our reservation, he gave two parties the SAME room! Therefore, we had two gentlemen walk into a room where two of our ladies in the work group were getting ready. Not good. When these gentlemen came downstairs, I was still at the front desk trying to clear everything up with the receptionist (I was there for over 30 minutes). When he was confronted about the issue, he blamed us saying that we confused him. When I asked to speak to a manager, she tried to clear everything up and only when I brought it up did the receptionist apologize. Overall, it was a very poor experience. I will not be staying at this hotel again especially with our work team.
