We had our sales conference at the Silversmith, in which 24 guests were present. We were all very impressed with the appearance and quality of the hotel. It was really beautiful inside. The staff was incredibly accommodating and pleasant to work with during the entire planning process and they made our meeting a huge success. The meeting room we had was a perfect size and function for our group. Our catering choices turned out even more delicious and beautifully prepared than I had anticipated and they even accommodated one of our staff's gluten/dairy allergy with alternative options. Everyone really enjoyed the meals. During the meeting, our screen projector light blew out meaning our meeting couldn't continue. The staff was so quick to respond and had the issue fixed within a half hour. We were so pleased with our experience with the hotel and will definitely come back should we ever have a conference in downtown Chicago again!
