I love this place when I am working a Joyce Meyer Conference. A close walk. I loved room 111 the pictures were pretty the purple and yellow I loved. My girlfriend was up in the 300's she said your room is better then mine.i did not have time to use the Spa as we did in years gone by. The girls are great go and relax enjoy being pampered. The night watch was awesome. The young girl who put out the breakfast supplies. Had a great smile loved her job and was very friendly. Thank you one and all.

"The Internet Did Not Work"

This was a business trip and the Internet did not work. Even after repeated calls to the front desk. I had to move my entire group from this hotel. Rooms were clean, but it's definitely rundown. Beds not very comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologize the internet was not working at the time of your stay and your group had to relocate, we do understand that was an inconvenience. The front desk staff did contact our internet provider and unfortunately, the issue could not be fixed that same day, but we are happy to report our internet is fixed. We strive to make sure all our guest are happy and comfortable and we're glad we were at least able to accommodate your meeting room request. We take your feedback very serious as we are always improving our hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at The Winston Salem Hotel and Spa! The staff did an excellent job! Upon arrival, our VIPs had gift baskets waiting in their room. We had scheduled our meeting in another location. However, winter weather prevented us from leaving the hotel. The staff took charge and provided us a conference room and extended stay for members needing additional accommodations. We will definitely be using this hotel again for future travel needs. Thank you to all the staff and people working behind the scene making this possible.

Property Description

The Ramada Plaza Hotel is ideally located less than one mile from Wake Forest University. The Ramada Plaza Hotel is close to many area attractions, including Pilot Mountain State Park, Bowman Gray Stadium sports and entertainment facility, Dixie Classic Fairgrounds and Old Salem, a living history town that recreates the town of Salem from 1766.Winston-Salem and the surrounding area provide many outlets for a variety of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, swimming, fishing and camping. Numerous parks and sports complexes provide a place to play basketball, tennis and baseball. In addition, a variety of museums, theaters and galleries offer something to do for the indoor enthusiasts. A variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges are located in the surrounding area.We have a complete full service spa and bistro & bar on site and a work out facility. Our rooms are spacious and clean with up to date flat TVs bedding is clean and bathrooms are styled with make-mirrors and hairdryers. Closet hold iron and ironing board and safe for valuables.
