AMONG all the construction, the hotel was nice. Just wished the pool was open. However you are in the center of lots of things that you'll enjoy. It is indeed a great place to stay. I really enjoyed myself. Had it not been for construction and having to park the bus far way.. my ratings would have been excellent. The staff was great and helpful. All of them did a great job with customer service.

Holiday Inn did not respond back to several voicemail messages left to finalize details for stay at their hotel. We stayed at the Embassy Suites Galleria which was very accommodating.

We had a meeting at the Georgia Convention Center and the hotel was in walking distance. The rooms, bar, outdoor area and breakfast were very nice. We did have multiple problems with reservations though. Many people from my team went to check in and were unable to as their names were not on the list even though I sent the booking coordinator our listing multiple times. The hotel was able to get rooms for them but after a big hassle. I would've stay at this hotel again but because of the issues with rooms, I would definitely pick a different hotel in the area.

"It was Terrible because they Charge for Everything"

They charge for everything. It was not explained that you pay $20 for parking everyday, breakfast was $14 p/day, and if you just want coffee its $2. The bathroom smelled like urine and the valet disappeared and almost made us late leaving for the airport because he was sitting in someone else's car listening to music or something. Never again will I stay at a Holiday Inn.
