I made my reservation through Expedia or other. I had to cancel but knew I had to cancel two days prior to arrival. I called the hotel directly and she said she could not cancel and would cancel. She could not give me a phone number to call. Very unhelpful. I tried calling again because I could not find anything on Expedia so I determined it was actually cancelled. IT WAS not! I have had other hotels with changes like this actually call on behalf of the guest to make sure it is cancelled. I now have to go through a dispute process that takes a ton of time for me for 124.96. Please refund my credit card.

OMG! the worst hotel ever! DO NOT go there! The walls are falling off in the rooms. Chunks of walls are missing. There is NO carpet in the rooms! The quilt is a bed sheet. The bathroom is not even as big as my closet. To open the bathroom door you have to get in the bathtub, that does not work. Shower only. The pictures on the web site are not a true representation at all. They say there's a hot tub, that's a lie as well. I know you get what you pay for but WOW, this place is just disgusting. We paid the $20 check in early time and checked in at 11:00, we left at 3:00, that's how awful it is. I didn't even care about losing the $138.00 because it was so awful.

Newly renovated- Motel 6- Formerly Microtel Inn & Suites has a variety of quality features to meet the travelers needs! Our tastefully decorated and comfortable 98 guestrooms include one or two queen beds, coffee maker, iron & ironing boards, free local and long distance calls to anywhere in the continental United States, and free high speed wireless internet access. We also have a 24-hour business center, fitness center, indoor heated pool, and outdoor patio area perfect for rest and relaxation.We are pet friendly, but restrictions do apply. Our property has two meeting facilities that are capable of handling both small (1-10 people) and larger(10-40 people) groups. Motel 6 also welcomes groups and bus tours. Credit Card Guarantee Required. Bob Evens Restaurant adjacent to hotel
