We booked 23 rooms here for a work event and it was AMAZING. It exceeded all of our expectations. Some of the highlights: The rooms are small, but every inch is used purposefully. We kept joking that the hotel was "trying too hard." Because we booked as a group, they upgraded our staff room to a room with a balcony. A great thing about this hotel is that there's a ton of common space. My coworker and I had a lot of prep work to do before all of our participants arrived and we had a ton of areas to work in (meaning we didn't have to find a local coffee shop). All of the areas in the hotel have outlets and lights and are designed really well. There's tons of indoor and outdoor common space and lots of different types of tables and chairs. Another great thing about this hotel is the fact that there's a coffee shop, brunch/lunch restaurant and two bars (downstairs + rooftop). There are also snacks and some quirky gifts you can buy in the lobby. Basically, we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Brunch spot (Harold's Meat + Three) is delicious try the avocado toast! Lastly, customer service at this place is palpably good. If customer service is good, you usually don't notice it. But here, everyone was constantly willing to help us with things. When a staff member didn't know the answer, they said, "Hold on and I'll figure it out." I have zero complaints!
