Property Description
We are in a fully renovated historic building, supposedly haunted. In the historic district, we are on the block with several cocktail lounges and sometimes live music. A boutique hotel with 17 rooms on the 2nd floor, there is also a darling malt shop from the 50s within the building. In addition, we have a historic mahogany bar with high ceilings that can be used for meetings and functions, and another meeting area of about 1000 SF. In the back is a large flat green space for outdoor weddings and events. The police department is 468 ' from us, fire department about three blocks away. Welcome to our "Cajun Mayberry"! We have a major hospital and cancer center walking distance to the hotel.
