We came as a group from our church for a Women's Retreat. We encountered a few issues upon arrival, but the staff bent over backward to make us happy and they succeeded! They supplied our every need in our meeting space and just made our relaxing retreat all the more relaxing! There are some cosmetic issues in the building, but they were working on reconstructing and refurbishing. I will definitely stay here again.

I would stay again because of the location, but the rooms need to be repainted and repaired. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast didn't look too appetizing.

This hotel was clean, comfortable room temperature and the parking was well lit and adequate. Hotel personnel were helpful and friendly. All in all, a well run operation. The morning buffet was excellent.

"OK Stay Minus Strange Musty Odor in Rooms"

The A/C system needs to have a dehumidifier in it. Rooms were extremely musty and strange smelling. Some had Febreeze air fresheners clipped to the A/C vents. We had 12 rooms rented out and several of them had no hot water either.

WE WILL BE DOING RENOVATIONS FROM JUNE 19, 2017-MARCH 2018.If a quiet getaway is what you're looking for, then this location has it all. Nestled on a private lake adjacent to World Golf Village, visitors have convenient access to area courses, the IMAX Theater, the World Golf Hall of Fame, and Laterra Spa. All 162 luxurious rooms come equipped with sofas, desks, microwaves, refrigerators, coffeemakers, telephone, and WIFI. An exercise facility, outdoor pool, and sundeck round out the hotel's recreational facilities. Enjoy a Continental breakfast buffet each morning.The hotel is an ideal location for corporate meetings, getaways, family reunions, church retreats, and weddings. The first floor meeting room has two large windows and double doors for easy access to the patio, lakeside view, and counter tops with sink for easy catering or displays. The lakeside patio with two gazebos is directly outside our largest function room and next to the outdoor pool. It is ideal for weddings and receptions.
