We very much enjoyed our stay at The Glidden House. Our room was very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Pillows and king size bed were ideal for a good nights sleep. The location was perfect. A 12 minute walk to Little Italy and a short walk to the Botanical Gardens and museum. Rock & Roll Hall of Frame is a approximately 30 minutes away. Lex the bartender was so nice and she is a wealth of information. She told us what was happening near us each night. We sat out in the courtyard many times and it's a wonderful area to spend time in whether it's in the morning or the late afternoon or in the evening. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. If you need a safety deposit box they are located where you check in. We walked down to Little Italy a few times during our stay had supper in Little Italy as well. The Italian restaurant was on the corner Mia Casa and Fabio was our waiter. We would go back again. Ate gelato at a gelato shop located a little further down the street and had ice cream a few times too. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious. Coffee and tea is available 24/7. We would definitely stay again.
