This place was much better than expected. However, I had concerns with the cleanliness there were random hairs and lots of rust stains that made me uncomfortable.

My room and my friends' rooms around mine all had cleanliness issues. Sheets were stained, bedskirts were damaged, the surfaces were very dusty and the rooms had an odor (like mildew?). The complimentary breakfast was a paper bag containing an apple, a granola bar and a warm bottle of water. If I pay what I did for a hotel with a complimentary breakfast, I expect more than a child's bagged lunch. Not happy with this experience.

There was minor cosmetic faults with the room (door covering the fridge not in place but placed beside the unit and bathroom shower curtain retainer missing, placed under bathroom sink) that really made this stay average compared to the high standards that Best Western normally sets. Breakfast (withstanding COVID) was disappointing as it consisted of a bottle of water, a piece of fruit and a cereal bar.

We are located on Hwy 30 next to Applebees's Restaurant. Dine there and save 10% when you show your room key! We have both non-smoking and smoking rooms available. Our rooms are oversized and spacious which include: coffee makers, hair dryers, iron and ironing boards, desk and chairs, satellite television, free WI-FI, free continental breakfast with homestyle waffles. We'd love for you to bring your pet! A standard $25.00 fee is applicable for double bedrooms only. Refrigerators, microwaves, rollaways, and cribs available upon request with applicable fees. One Executive Suite available. One Handicap Accessible Room avaialable. Group bookings of 25 rooms available. Our meeting room holds a max of 25 people, good for small group meetings. Close to downtown Valparaiso, Valparaiso University and Porter County Fairgrounds. Call Monday through Friday 7 am to 3 pm to book group rooms just ask for Alicia Baker. Can't wait to hear form you!
