Property Description

Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel is situated in the secluded Mounts Bay Village, located between the popular local attraction of Kings Park and the Swan River and is the perfect vantage point to base your stay in Perth. We are a short 5-minute walk from the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and 10 minutes to the main CBD area and City Shopping. We are located within the Free Transit Zone which means all public transportation within the CBD is free.We have 150 fully self-contained one, two and three-bedroom apartments with private laundry and kitchen amenities and daily housekeeping service (weekly for long stays). Our apartments also come with a complimentary secure parking bay for 1 car as well as limited free WiFi.The onsite Courtside Restaurant serves modern Australian cuisine in a relaxed, friendly environment. We also offer room service, take-away and frozen meals. Our extensive leisure facilities include 2 swimming pools, 2 gyms and 2 tennis courts.We have three flexible meeting spaces that can accommodate functions for up to 80 people.
