This must be a new Rodeway location as the sign outside says Hotel Santa Rosa and not Rodeway. They are in midst of a remodel, evidenced by the holes in hallway walls and plastic sheeting and new landscaping being installed as well. Front desk agent was very outgoing and kind. Was not provided a receipt upon check in and again asked for one at checkout and was told their printer wasn't working. The room was okay with a fridge and microwave but no coffee maker or hair dryer. Soap, shampoo and conditioner await you in your room. The bathroom was gross due to hair and dirty baseboards. The tub was clogged up some and so was left standing in above ankle deep water while showering. The water pressure sucked too. For the $123 we paid for this room, it was not worth it at all. ..more like a $50 $60 per night room.

Male Staff not welcoming, very unprofessional. I believe he is racist to non hispanics. Spanish language first, even to English speaking staff. He projects a very rude Aura. Should not be managing.
