Needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. Will not stay there again! Holes in sheets, bed mattress horrible, stains in towels, furniture and bathtub. Toilet and sink not cleaned thoroughly. Trash in trash can. Just a nasty place to stay.

We talked on phone for reservation. Nothing was right when we checked in. Not on 1st floor for hncp, not non smoking, not queen beds. Told we could pay at ck in. No it was already on my credit card!

My two kids and I stayed here for my daughter's soccer tournament. Compared to other hotels nearby, it was much cleaner and the price was very decent! Not sure why there'd be any negative reviews because the lobby was nice, staff were friendly, complimentary breakfast had a nice variety, room was clean. Sadly, my daughter broke her arm during a soccer game, so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we hoped because a lot of our day was spent in hospitals. But we did think it was clean and comfortable.

I was extremely disappointed with the accommodations at the Quality Inn in Miamisburg, OH. In fact, I had to cancel my second night's stay due to the strong smoke smell that seemed to filter into our room the following morning through the bathroom vent. There was already a stale smoke smell in what was supposed to be a "non-smoking" room. The room overall was dirty "feeling", stains all over the upholstered chair and window coverings. I had called initially about another property, however, that property had no vacancies so this was "recommended" based on other reviews. I have traveled all over the world and am perfectly fine with a smaller room in an older hotel but a room that is visibly dirty and needs a lot of TLC is unacceptable. I do want to thank the staff for expediting my request to cancel my second night's stay. They were very accommodating with this request and I want to recognize them for that.
