"No service, not clean and very run down accommodations"

Two hours after request for extra blankets, I had to go to main desk to get them myself. Flat tire on luggage cart upon arrival and flat tire still there on departure. Called front desk for wake up call and no one answered; called main local phone number and got a recording to leave name and phone number. After 10 more minutes of calling front desk, someone finally answered. It took 20 minutes after the 6:30 start for breakfast before pancake and waffle mix was available. My wife was directed to a restroom near breakfast area and was unable to get out; she had to call me on her cell phone to get hotel assistance to extricate her from the restroom. In the future, we will be very reluctant to stay at at La Quinta unless you can provide appropriate compensation for this very unfortunate stay.
