This place is unbelievable! As soon as we got there and met the outstanding staff, they offered us an upgrade that we could not refuse in the two bedroom residence loft. We were extremely happy with the staff's professionalism and help in navigating the entire hotel and all it's amenities. The hotel is five star for sure!
