We stayed at the Grand Lake Lodge as part of the Ride the Rockies. The location of the lodge is perfect—at the base of Trail Ridge Road. Views of the lake abound and the outdoor patio area with the huge fireplace is perfect for viewing on chilly summer nights. The restaurant was really good and the service was great. The bar area is cozy in the quintessential Colorado way with a fireplace and comfy seating areas. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
