The only thing that stopped me from checking five stars was that I stayed three days and let them know we needed maintenance to fix something in the room day one and they never came to fix it. Everything else was great.

Clean, rooms nice, quiet and stafff accomadative. However when we were loading up the car with our luggage andcoming in and out, the person manning the door Andrea just stood there and talked on her cell phone. Didnt offer to help. Didnt even get a door for us. Was totally oblivious to our efforts.

Expected more from a Marriott branded location. Rooms were not suites just one long room with a couch and work table. Awful view from our window (roof, brick wall and parking structure). We closed the blinds, but then the room was poorly lit. Not very clean we "discovered" previous occupant's work product behind the stained and spotted couch. A/C unit had a Playschool controller no matter the setting, the room stayed at 71°. No housekeeping currently (I'll be asking that question of every hotel I book in the future) and attached BBQ restaurant was "temporarily closed." And given all that, I don't think the nightly rate is any different than it might have been in 2019. Poor value, currently.

Hotel was a bus ride away from Sumerfest. People at the hotel were very helpful and nice. Clean place and good breakfast.
