A kitchen inspired by the superb craftsmanship found in Mexican Vernacular cuisine, complemented by international dishes served in spaces that evoke sumptuous austerity and a seamlessly well-rounded environment. Farm-to-table produce, organically grown ingredients, and local seafood are selected by our chefs every day.

Rooms. Moderated by natural materials and individually tailored details, the rooms are characterized by their simplicity and predominantly white tones, featuring Poliform´s soft volumes that combine to create a range of clean, essential lines. A keypad or tablet is used to dim the lights, stream high fidelity music, or lower the drapes at a single touch.
Suites. Cozy rooms where daily life becomes even more amenable. In tune with the surrounding environment, all suites visually contain a piece of the sea. Natural sunlight filters across the continuous ceiling of a 6,550 square-foot indoor space surrounded by water. Here, we seek to slow the pace by o ffering diff erent massage treatments and personalized aromatherapy programs.
