Was very disappointed with our stay. We picked Holiday Express because of the quality of the hotel. My husband is a I H G Reward Club Member too. I would not recommend this Holiday Inn Express. Do not pay online. Overcharged us $50.00. Prepaid 159.00 and when we received our final bill it was 109.00. The front desk would not give us a refund for the $50.00. She told me it was my fault for booking online.

"Disappointing Front Desk Staff."

The staff at the front desk (2 ladies) were not able to assist me in obtaining my final bill and that is OK however, the indifferent attitude to my request was appalling. The room was partly made up where the bed was straightened, but towels were still left in a pile on the bed and washroom counter. The coffee pot empty with wrappings were not discarded two days in a row during my stay for the week. I plan on removing this hotel from list of preferred places during my frequent (weekly) trips to Fremont, Indiana.

Property Description
The Holiday Inn Express-Fremont hotel is adjacent to The Outlet Shoppes at Fremont. It is at the intersection of I-80/90 and I-69 and is only one mile from Pokagon State Park. Whether your group is for business or leisure, we have the room type for you. We have business suites with large desks, refigerators, and high speed internet. For the leisure group we have Family Suites, Presidential Suite, and a suite with a fireplace and its own balcony!!
